Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
The Clarity Man sells downloadable digital products, including PDF guides, templates, scorecards, message resources, and bundled files. No physical item is shipped.
After successful payment, access to the purchased digital materials may be provided immediately by email, download link, customer account, or a connected digital-delivery application.
2. All Digital-Product Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or a money-back guarantee after digital access has been provided.
This policy exists because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and permanently stored immediately after purchase. Unlike a physical product, a downloaded file cannot be physically returned to us.
A refund will not be provided because a customer:
- Changes their mind after purchasing
- Does not use or finish reading the materials
- Expected a different personal, dating, or relationship outcome
- Failed to review the product description or bundle contents
- Purchased the product by mistake but received access
- Has a device or software issue that can reasonably be resolved through technical support
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is digital and that the sale is final once access is delivered.
3. Download and Technical Support
Although completed digital sales are non-refundable, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive the files you purchased.
If you cannot access, download, unzip, or open the files, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We may verify the order, resend the download link, provide an alternate delivery method, or help troubleshoot the issue.
Technical support does not create a right to a refund when the digital product has already been delivered.
4. Verified Duplicate Purchases
If the same customer accidentally purchases the exact same product more than once, contact us within 7 days. After verifying both transactions, we may refund the duplicate transaction only.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly and provide the order details. We may request additional information needed to verify the claim and protect both the customer and the business.
