Products sold by The Clarity Man are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
After successful payment, files may be delivered by email, download link, customer account, or a third-party digital-delivery application. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and maintaining access to a compatible device and software capable of opening common PDF and ZIP files.
3. Personal-Use License
Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal education and self-improvement.
You may download and print the files for personal use. You may not:
- Share the files with another person
- Upload the files publicly or to file-sharing platforms
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reproduce the materials for commercial purposes

4. Payments, Final Sales, and No Money-Back Guarantee
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.
All digital-product sales are final after access has been provided. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or a money-back guarantee once the files or download access are delivered.
This is because digital materials can be downloaded, copied, and permanently retained immediately after purchase. Please review the product title, price, description, bundle contents, and technical requirements before completing payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, designs, graphics, branding, covers, templates, guides, scorecards, and other materials made available through this website are owned by or licensed to The Clarity Man and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
